Rules for using the website and portals.

2. Digital services
The website lets users request information, quotes, inspections and employment. The portals let authorized users review and manage operational information, reports, requests, invoices and communications according to their assigned role.
3. Accounts
Accounts are created by Vargas Security & Services. Each user must keep credentials confidential, report unauthorized access, and use only the assigned account. Administrators manage password resets and permissions.
4. Permitted use
You may not attempt to access another party's data, interfere with the system, upload unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, or use portal information for purposes unrelated to the service relationship.
5. Reports and digital acceptance
Reports may cover incidents, daily activity, rounds, attendance, maintenance and technical visits. Marking a report as read or entering a name and digital acceptance records that action together with its date and change history.
6. Requests and quotes
Submitting a form does not itself create a contract or guarantee availability. Inspections and proposals are confirmed through authorized contact channels. Final prices, scope and conditions appear in the applicable proposal or contract.
7. Emergencies
The WhatsApp button facilitates contact with Vargas Security & Services, but does not replace police, fire, medical emergency services or other authorities. If there is immediate danger, contact the appropriate public emergency service first.
8. Documents and billing
Billing information is synchronized with applicable administrative systems. Bank instructions and documents shown in the portal should be verified before payment. Report any discrepancy immediately.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, connectivity or third parties may cause interruptions. Compatible operational features may temporarily save information and send it when connectivity returns.
10. Intellectual property and governing law
Website trademarks, designs and content belong to their respective owners. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes will be handled through agreed mechanisms and competent authorities.
