We may collect identification and contact details, contractual and billing information, requests, messages, reports, photographs and documents. Authorized operational features may also process attendance, location, rounds and evidence records.
We use information to prepare quotes, coordinate inspections, deliver and supervise services, manage accounts, handle requests and complaints, administer billing, protect people and facilities, evaluate job applications, and comply with legal and contractual obligations.
We request consent when applicable and process information needed to handle requests, contractual relationships, operational security and legal obligations. Consent for GPS and photographs is presented during the first access to features that require them.
Access is restricted by role. Management may review operational location; supervisors cannot access invoices; and each client can only view information linked to its account. Technology and administrative providers may process data under confidentiality and security obligations.
Operational reports and photographs are normally retained for one year. GPS history from the future application will be retained for 30 days. Résumés are retained until administration deletes them. Other records are kept as needed for the commercial relationship, request handling or legal compliance.
We apply access controls, authentication, action logs, private storage, and reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is completely infallible, so we review and improve these controls on an ongoing basis.
You may request access, correction, updating, cancellation, objection or portability, where applicable, by emailing administracion@vargassecurity.com. We may verify your identity before responding. You may also submit inquiries or complaints to Panama's National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
Some infrastructure, email or storage providers may process information outside Panama. Where this occurs, we seek to apply contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the type of information.
We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational or technology changes. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
